Every great idea starts with a real story — and ours began in 2019. That year, Ninh hired Bem as an administrative assistant at an accounting company in Vietnam. Over the years, we built not just a strong working relationship but a shared understanding of how essential reliable, behind-the-scenes support is to any business.
Later, our paths diverged — Bem pursued her passion for Vietnam’s tourism industry, while Ninh launched her own e-commerce venture. Through our different journeys, we both discovered the same truth: running a business means wearing too many hats — managing operations, research, clients, and admin — all at once.
One day, during a casual chat, we realised something powerful. If we — with years of business experience — struggled to find flexible, trustworthy support, what about other entrepreneurs, freelancers, or small business owners? Bem Nguyen is the co-founder of FLXIE Solutions, bringing over a decade of experience in accounting, business operations, and cross-border team management. She previously built and led an Australian-based outsourcing team, supporting accounting and consulting firms across Australia with efficient, high-quality back-office solutions.

Ninh Nguyen is a qualified CPA and registered tax agent with over 10 years of experience in tax compliance, advisory, and building high-performing cross-border teams. She has hands-on expertise in Australian e-commerce—from launching businesses to finance, inventory, supply chain, and ads. She helps owners streamline and scale.
